The Vine Series · mono-varietal gins
A gin list,
read like a wine list.
Six expressions, each built on a single grape. The bright Sommet to open, the Terroir whites and reds of the Valais vineyard, the barrel-rested Grand Crus to close — chosen the way you choose a great bottle.Every expression signed by Pablo García · chef trained in Michelin-starred kitchens

For those who love wine
Gin, composed like wine.
Switzerland is wine country. We built a gin for the people who love it — among the world's first mono-varietal gins. Each one carries the character of a single grape, drawn out by ultrasonic maceration on a clean rye base. The Grand Crus then rest in the barrels of their own grape.
Wine has carried flavour, texture and aroma since Roman times. This is its companion — for there is nothing better, after a great bottle, than a gin made of the very same grape.
A single grape
One variety per bottle — Chasselas, Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir. A mono-varietal gin — a rarity in the world of spirits.
Grand Cru, rested in barrel
The Grand Crus mature in the barrels of their own grape — depth, fine tannin, a long and vinous finish.
Composed around the grape
Single-varietal, ultrasonically macerated, so each grape speaks true.
Gastronomic luxury · for your own table
The alpine summit
The expression of the mountain, without grape. Glacier water, high-altitude herbs, a dry finish.
The vineyard, bottled
Ultrasonic maceration of Valais grapes. Wine and gin meet — without confusion.
Grand Cru · 400 bottles
Three single-varietal 2025. To be sipped, the way one savours a great cellar wine.
