Terms & conditions
Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms govern any order placed on gins4u.com.
1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales concluded between Gins 4U Sàrl (the « House ») and any adult person (the « Client ») placing an order via gins4u.com. Any order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Products and services
The House offers:
· The bespoke gin (« The Composition ») — 500 ml bottle, 43% vol., distilled to order according to the client's profile. Price: 89 CHF incl. tax.
· The Range — six expressions for sale.
· The online Academy — digital course, lifetime access. Price: 49 CHF incl. tax.
· The Distillation Atelier in Valais — experience on reservation, pricing on request.
3. Order and payment
Orders are placed online on gins4u.com. Payment is required at the time of order. Accepted means: bank card, TWINT, Apple Pay (via Stripe). Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included where applicable.
4. Production and delivery
The bespoke gin is distilled to order. Production and shipping time: 3 to 4 weeks from payment and recipe validation. Delivery in Switzerland and EU. Shipping fees and times are communicated at checkout.
5. Right of withdrawal
Given the personalised nature of the bespoke gin (made to the Client's specifications), the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started (generally 24 h after payment, following internal recipe validation).
Online Academy: no withdrawal possible once the access code has been delivered and used.
The Range (standard gins): 14 days withdrawal from receipt, excluding opened bottles.
6. Warranties
The Client benefits from Swiss legal warranties against defects. Any claim must be sent to bonjour@gins4u.com as soon as possible.
7. Alcohol sale — Legal age
Sales are exclusively reserved for persons who have reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence (18 years in Switzerland for spirits). The Client guarantees having reached this age when ordering. The House reserves the right to cancel any order in case of legitimate doubt.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at /confidentialite.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Valais, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Client's domicile.
