A house gin, not a private label
A leading wellness-luxury group — active in Asia, Europe and the Alps — commissioned a proprietary gin to anchor the cocktail menu of its houses. The mandate was precise: not a re-labelled bottle, but a true signature reflecting the wellness DNA — botanically structured, without heat, designed to be served neat or in a signature cocktail.

Botanically structured · cold distillation
Cold vacuum distillation preserves the aromatic compounds that traditional stills destroy through heat. The expression is closer to a fine eau-de-vie than to a London Dry — designed to deliver flavour at a low perceived ABV, aligned with a wellness positioning.
The process
Three tastings · from brief to bottle in weeks
Three rounds of tasting between the master distiller and the group's beverage direction refined the botanical architecture. From the first micro-distillation to validated production: less than six weeks, with no inventory commitment.

A note on technique
Cold vacuum distillation. The method of the Roca kitchen.
Most distilleries run copper stills — high heat, large volumes, with the loss of aromatic finesse that follows. We distill under vacuum at low temperature, the technique developed in the kitchen by El Celler de Can Roca, Mugaritz and Alinea to preserve the volatile compounds that heat destroys.
