Gins 4U Sàrl, whose details appear in the Legal Notice, is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect the following data:
· Identity: first name, last name (at order)
· Contact: email address, shipping postal address
· Order data: product, chosen sensory profile, composition questionnaire answers
· Payment data: processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
· Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (server logs and essential cookies)
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to:
· Fulfil your order (basis: contract)
· Manage delivery and after-sales service (basis: contract)
· Send your sensory portrait and personality profile if requested (basis: consent)
· Comply with our legal and tax obligations (basis: legal obligation)
· Improve the site and prevent fraud (basis: legitimate interest)
4. Recipients
Your data may be transmitted to:
· Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payment) — Ireland
· Resend Inc. (transactional emails) — USA (with contractual safeguards)
· Neon Inc. (Postgres database) — EU-Frankfurt
· Vercel Inc. (hosting) — USA (with contractual safeguards)
No data is sold to commercial third parties.
5. Retention period
· Order data: 10 years (Swiss accounting obligation)
· Marketing data: while subscribed, or up to 3 years after last contact
· Technical logs: 12 months maximum
6. Your rights
In accordance with FADP and GDPR, you have the following rights:
· Access to your data
· Rectification
· Erasure (« right to be forgotten »)
· Restriction of processing
· Objection
· Portability
· Withdrawal of consent at any time

7. Cookies
We only use cookies essential to the operation of the site:
· Legal age cookie (g4u_age_ok) — 30 days, adult verification
· Session cookie — browsing duration, cart
· SessionStorage: cinematic intro seen (g4u_intro_seen)
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
8. Appeals
In case of disagreement, you may file a complaint with:
· Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) — for Switzerland
· Competent supervisory authority of your place of residence (CNIL for France, etc.) — for the EU
