The intention
An alpine expression: mountain herbs, wild berries and Titlis glacier water. A dry finish, like fresh-fallen snow.

On the nose, altitude. Fine juniper, elderberry, angelica root, a trace of Swiss stone pine.
On the palate
On the palate, straight and luminous. Mineral and herbaceous, Sicilian lemon, a noble bitterness.
Finish
The finish melts like snow on the palm of the hand: clean, fresh, leaving no trace.
