Tasting
On the nose
Sweet pepper, crushed raspberry, graphite, violet. A nose that recalls a rare Bourgueil.
On the palate
Vertical, elegant, almost crystalline. The spices appear in filigree.
Finish
Long and fresh. The sensation of a hand opening a window at two in the afternoon in May.
